About the Enterprise

Many learners struggle to understand how their skills align with future careers, while universities and employers lack reliable, evidence-based ways to track and verify skill development. Traditional CVs and qualification frameworks fail to capture real, evolving competencies gained through diverse experiences such as coursework, projects, or online learning.
SkillSync is an AI-powered platform that helps learners discover career pathways, identify skill gaps, and build verifiable portfolios from real evidence. For universities and employers, SkillSync provides aggregated, anonymised insights into skill readiness and course impact, supporting data-driven curriculum design and employability strategies.
Within 5–10 years, SkillSync aims to become the trusted “skills passport” connecting education, employment, and lifelong learning — empowering millions to evidence what they can do, not just what they studied.
